Where's my order?

Once payment for your order is received, we'll send an order confirmation to the email address associated with your VistaPrint account. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email notification with a tracking number.

You can view your order status 24 hours a day from your Order History page:

  1. Sign in to your VistaPrint account.
  2. Click My Account > Order History & Reorder.
  3. All of your orders to date are displayed. Review the Status field to determine if your order has shipped - if so, you'll also see the tracking number.

If something doesn't seem right, contact us, and we'll get to the bottom of it.

Important Update: To serve you better during the Canada Post disruption, we're shipping orders to most areas as usual via alternative carriers. Most orders will be shipped via Purolator during this time. Please note that tightened capacity across the Canadian transportation network could still lead to some delays. We're temporarily unable to deliver to PO Boxes. Orders to remote areas where service is only available via Canada Post will be staged and shipped with the carrier as soon as they are able to accept them. We're committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible. Keep an eye on this page for the latest information, and you can always contact our customer care team.
