We understand how disappointing it must be to receive print results where the logo appears faded, and the text is difficult to read, as well as a cap style that did not meet your expectations. Based on our checks, it appears the background was removed from the design. As a result, some of the text did not have enough contrast against the white background, and there were also missing areas in the artwork. For future orders, we strongly recommend using the preview tool to carefully review your design before submitting, as we print exactly what is approved and submitted. To help make this right, we have applied a merchandise credit to your account for the hat and mug. You may use this credit towards a replacement order.
