Yes. In our online studio, you’ll be able to download a free digital proof of your wedding menu. Throughout the event menu printing process, you can create as many proofs as you’d like. This is an easy way to share your ideas with someone else – your partner, a friend or the event planner. We want you to love the finished product!
We don’t offer custom samples right now – but you can order a small batch of 10 wedding and event menu cards. Or, you can order as few as one menu card when you order our 5"x7" size. This is a cost-effective way to see and feel your wedding menus in person before you fully commit. After reviewing the colour and paper, reordering a higher quantity is quick and easy. If you want to make any updates, you’ll be able to edit your event menu cards in our studio. Either way, your order – and satisfaction – is absolutely guaranteed.
We don’t offer custom sizing at this time, but don’t worry! Our cards measure 4" x 8", a standard size that has enough space to list all the meal’s offerings. We also offer backside printing to give you extra room.
For formal events and seated dinners, it’s common for each guest to receive a menu card at their place setting. For weddings, galas, and certain corporate events, menu cards can add an elegant and thoughtful touch to the table design. Some hosts also choose to display one menu per table instead, incorporating it into the centerpiece or tablescape.
Menu cards typically feature the following:
- The event name, host names, and/or date.
- A welcome message or note to guests (optional, but a thoughtful touch!).
- A list of courses or dining options (starter, entrée, dessert, etc.). For buffet or family-style meals, a full list of available dishes works well.
- A brief description of the main ingredients for each dish. While optional, this can be especially helpful for guests with allergies or dietary restrictions.
For weddings, couples decide to leave menu cards on each guest’s plate or tucked into a folded napkin prior to the reception – this adds a lovely touch to the tablescape and rounds out each place setting wonderfully. For other events, hosts often use menu cards as part of the table decor or event branding, placing them at each seat or displaying one per table.
