Had to throw it out. Neither QR codes work but they worked when I uploaded the file. Extremely disappointed.

We understand how frustrating it must have been to see that the QR codes did not function as expected, even though they worked in your uploaded file. While perforated vinyl is excellent for privacy and large‑scale graphics, it can interfere with QR code readability because the material removes a portion of the printed area and reduces contrast.
Here’s a quick comparison to help explain:
1. Scannability & Reliability: Regular Window Decals provide a solid surface, ensuring every data module of the QR code prints clearly. Perforated vinyl removes about 40% of the printed area, forcing scanners to rely heavily on error correction.
2. Minimum Size Requirements: Regular decals can host QR codes as small as 2 cm x 2 cm. Perforated vinyl requires much larger codes (at least 85 mm x 85 mm) to function reliably.
3. Lighting Challenges: Opaque decals offer high contrast for scanning. Perforated vinyl can create a “ghost” effect if interior lighting is brighter than outside, making the code appear transparent.
Pro Tip: If you’d like to use perforated vinyl for large windows, consider applying a small, solid Window Decal specifically for the QR code on top of the perforated film to ensure reliable scanning.

Not the right size I ordered

Unfortunately I’m not the happiest after spending $50 dollars you would expect for the right size that I ordered however they sent the wrong size they sent a 10x9 when I ordered 10 inches across by 17 inches length

I ordered this with my logo in white. I double checked that the image was on the product. I received a blank decal- what a waste of money
