I cant believe you made the same mistake twice. . .

I am utterly disappointed. The original book arrived with an obvious printing error: the black background behind the text was a different tone of black. Your team acknowledged that this was a Vistaprint error and agreed to send a replacement. Before the reprint was sent, I specifically asked the specialist to make sure the printer checked the book before shipping it. After the first mistake, that should have been the bare minimum. Instead, I received the exact same defective book with the exact same issue. This is completely unacceptable. What was the point of sending a replacement if no one was going to check it? I chose Vistaprint because I expected a professional product and process. I now know better for next time. Unbelievable. What a waste of time and effort.
