I recently posted a review about poor product quality and poor delivery. I must say was VERY impressed with the care and concern I received from Vistaprint to address the problem. They were prompt in responding, owned up to the mistake, zero haggling, offered me options to correct the problem and did what they said they would do. Really impressed with them and I will continue to be a customer.
