I love that I can get branded poly mailers fpr my small business from Vistaprint, but they definitely have some critical issues. The side seams of several of the bags have split on me when I've been packing them. This is obviously concerning when you're sending out paid orders to customers in bags wondering if the seams will hold. . The sealing strip is also pretty weak. You can reopen these bags with no effort at all, I always have to tape the flap down, or position the shipping label over the flap to secure it. Annoying issues for bags that cost as much as they do.

Mailers were decent, but they are covered in barcodes from Vistas manufacturing process. This should be mentioned prior to ordering. This made them un-usable for me. The customer service was great however, and I received a full refund for the order.

Made from a robust 2 mil material, most of our poly mailers can hold up to 5 lb. – including the gusseted options. Our 6" x 9" size option, however, has a reduced weight capacity of 3 lb.

Our poly mailers are made of budget-friendly polyethylene. This plastic material is durable, flexible and weather- and tear-resistant. We also offer a slightly thinner yet durable material option that’s compostable, after you tear open the mailer and throw away the perforated flap.

Some, not all. Our poly material isn’t, but our compostable option is – after you tear open the mailer and throw away the perforated flap. With proper conditions, this material will break down into non-toxic, organic matter. This is a mindful alternative to traditional disposal and a great way to help reduce your environmental impact.
