Vistaprint Customer Support): Subject: Issue with my recent flyer order - Spelling error advice Dear Vistaprint Support Team, I recently received my flyer order and I want to start by saying that the print quality and paper are absolutely amazing. Thank you so much for your help earlier with my pricing correction. Unfortunately, after checking the printed copies, I noticed a spelling mistake that was entirely my fault. Instead of "Touch-ups", I mistyped it as "touth ups". As a new small maintenance service business, I cannot distribute these flyers with this error, as it looks unprofessional. I know this was my mistake and not Vistaprint's fault at all. However, as a new entrepreneur, spending another $163 to reprint the whole order right now is very difficult for my budget. Is there any way you could help me with a discounted reprint, or do you have any flexibility under your satisfaction guarantee to help me fix this? These looked so cute, we were super pleased. . . with the look Durability and design are not the greatest. The hole for a door knob is a bit small, we ended up ripping quite a few just trying to get it onto a door knob. I ended up having to cut the side entry wider so that you could get it on a door knob. Still a bit of a struggle.
