I went with the mid grade thickness recommended by vista and they feel too thin and cheap.

I’ve ordered business cards from many small businesses before, and the quality they put into their cards is unmatched. Unfortunately, the cards I received from VistaPrint are the complete opposite. The material feels extremely cheap and flimsy — almost like thin paper, not proper business card stock.
This does not represent my business at all, and I’m genuinely unhappy with the quality. For a company like VistaPrint, I expected durable, professional cards, not something that feels rushed and low-grade.
I would like a refund or at least a properly reprinted set using high-quality card material. As they are now, I would never hand these out to my customers.
