Based on our checks, a complete design file was uploaded for this order. As such, the design cannot be edited from our design studio after upload. Any adjustments would need to be made directly on the original artwork file before re-uploading. We regret to hear that the business cards did not turn out as expected. Upon reviewing the account, we saw that the premium plus cards were ordered with the premium finish. In 2024, we saw that you ordered the embossed business cards. These are two different types of cards with different finishes.
