Cards were very blurry with white stripes down the side. I can’t use them

Thank you for your review. We are very sorry to hear that your business cards arrived blurry and with white stripes down the side, making them unusable for you. Upon checking your order details, our team found that the uploaded design was of a low resolution, and the colors lacked contrast against the background color, which caused the blurry appearance. Additionally, the file size you provided did not match our specific card dimensions, and the design did not completely fill the template layout. Because of this, both sides were printed with white space remaining along the edges. Due to these factors, the cards were manufactured exactly as they were submitted in the final design upload. For your future orders, we highly recommend ensuring that your uploaded design file has a resolution of at least 300 dpi and fully matches our business card specifications (2.11" x 3.61" including the bleed area). We also suggest double-checking the digital on-screen preview before completing your purchase to ensure everything looks exactly as intended. We appreciate your feedback, and if you would like any help adjusting your design file to meet these specifications for a new order, please let us know.

Standard glossy business cards are 14pt (equal to .014 of an inch), premium cards are 16pt (equal to .016 of an inch) and premium plus cards are 18pt (equal to .018 of an inch). Each point (pt) is equal to .001 of an inch, to give you a frame of reference.

No, the cards have a silk backside, which is non-reflective and has a very smooth feel.

If you plan on writing on the glossy front side, we recommend using a permanent marker for the best results. Otherwise, you can use a ballpoint pen to write on the silky back of the business card.

You can add foil accents to your gloss business card design. Embossed gloss is not available.
