The zip opening is too small.

We're sorry to hear that you're unable to fit your computer in the bag ordered and can understand your disappointment in the matter. Please note that the dimensions of the bag is 12.6" H x 16.54" W x 4.72" L and so if the height of the computer is larger than the bag there may be ab issue putting it in the product. If the dimensions are within what was mentioned above, you can try putting in the computer slanted and see if that works. Also to note, the screen of the computer may measure 15" but the computer overall is larger.
