Thank you for sharing your experience with the Custom Thank You Cards. We regret to hear the option that you received weren't as expected. We have provided you with a resolution on your account and an email with further details will be sent to you. Furthermore, we recommend that you process a new order with the "Folded" option selected; www.vistaprint.ca/stationery/thank-you-cards?attributes=fold_folded. Please ensure that the card shows an inside as this will determine that it is a folded card. The flat option will offer backside printing. You can choose not to print on the inside if you wish. We trust this will be helpful.
