The product is fine, but a mistake was made by sending me blue ink, instead of the specified black ink.

The only thing I am disappointed about with the pen, is their 7 looks like a 1. It is too easy for someone to dial the wrong number from what is printed on the pen. I have no way of capturing if the wrong number was dialled unless they thought, oh maybe that's a 7, tried again and actually told me. It should be 7690, but looks like 1690. Could be missing phone calls and not even know it. Otherwise I love how the pen writes, looks and feels. I ordered it in rose gold, it looks sleek. I docked 2 stars from product value, as I don't know if it has that much value when the number can be easily misread.
