Not all retractable retracts

The pens looks good with the engraved message. The quality is great. However, 1 of the 15 pens we ordered, the retractable mechanism is not working. After clicking the button on top to extend the ink-cartridge, the cartridge will not stay extended and retracted.

Very nice pen. Love that they put the little logo on it. Attractive style and black ink, which I like. I'll wait to see how long the ink lasts. I wish I had put my email on the pen
