We appreciate you for taking the time to share your review. It's great to hear that the quality of the knives are satisfactory. We, too, are disappointed that the print for your logo failed to meet the standards, and that some knives had scratches. This experience is certainly one that we want to have investigated so that a favourable resolution can be provided. Kindly reply to this review email and share images of the printing issues and scratched knives. Please also share the number of affected items, if not all.
