Actual color didn't match the sample image we received

We are dissapointed. We ordered these coffee travel mugs, which in themselves are great but we had our logo printed on them in white instead of black because in the picture sampler that we received, it seemed to show more then the black. This is not the case. The answer we received after contacted customer service wasn't sympathetic nor helpful, which is rare for VistaPrint

The writing came out very pale compared to the sample image that I was sent. I'm disappointed
