Just received this order & it's not even close to acceptable

The design done in these cups is not the right colour, it's actually multiple colours not just one as requested. It isn't printed fully. It's not good and I am requesting these to be done again. I'm sorry but I paid a lot of money for 40 cups and these cannot be sent out like this. I will be reaching out to get a refund this doesn't look at all like what it was supposed to.

I have received the product and it's not printed on the mug but it's a sticker on the mug. It look it if they painted the mug after you can see the surrounding of the sticker very well. And the color on the sticker are very faded. Very disappointed.
