1st order and replacement order both damaged

I was very disappointed in this product, I purchased them to surprise a group of people I was going on an adventure with, when they arrived, they had not protective packaging on the mug itself, the paint was worn off from rubbing against the box. Call support, told them exactly what happened, why it happened and was ensure that they would package them right the next time. Second shipment arrived, packed exactly the same as the first time, mugs were all damaged in the exact same location as before. Simple bubble wrap or other packing materials would have prevented this from happening. Now I don't have any swag for the trip I was planning, very disappointed.
