Product and print is good, but printed incorrectly

Our logo print was the wrong way. it was printed horizontally, The design the upload and all the reference photos show the logo was supposed to printed vertically allowing for a larger print of the logo. This is for an event, so we have to accept how it is and cannot get reprints. As well we are still waiting on bags that had to be reprinted due to your company's misprint. I am lacking trust with your company to fulfil its obligation to get us our bags delivered in time for our event on May 11th.

This is not the type of service we want you to receive, so we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We're happy to make things right by placing a free reorder for another set of bottles. You should receive the order within a few days. This is not a typical experience, and we'll definitely have to team review the matter. Thank you for bringing the issue to our attention, and giving us the chance to help.
