The pillow that I received looked nothing like my dog or the image on screen that was shown to me before purchase. It should have been recommended to me to choose the smaller picture. It was a present for my wife as our dog passed away in October. When my wife saw it she said " It looks creepy " I was disappointed and felt that it was a waste of money.
