O.k. but one is chipped in the bottom

The mug is a nice standard size to hold and I love the red color accent on the handle and the inside. However the resolution of my image(which is excellent on my end) is blurry on the cup. It's not as crisp as my photos. Not sure if this is normal or not. Will make do with these, however one is chipped on the bottom. Ordered four of them, so hopefully I can get a replacement for the damaged one.

The inner bottom of the mug is very rough, so when stirred it makes a grating noise. I wonder if particles are actually coming off, so I don't use it.

Incredibly dull colors, mug and print

I ordered the same image i got on shirts, water bottle and cap and decided it might be cool to get a mug too... The colors i have are really vibrant and they look awesome on the shirts, caps and the water bottle but on this mug they look incredibly dead and not even the same shade, color. Extremely disappointed

I have been continuously amazed by the quality of coffee mugs I have ordered from Vista Print. I have also ordered an embroidered hoodie and even that was amazing! The print on the coffee mug is clear, they're dishwasher safe and honestly I am just overall pleased.
