Great Customer Service, Poor Product Quality

I had issues with the print quality of my original order. Customer service was fantastic and quickly addressed the issue by shipping a replacement order. Unfortunately, the replacement order arrived with the same issue. Very disappointing. The customer service representative was excellent, but I am disappointed in the post-production quality assurance.

Print colours are off

Nice sized bar/cardboard coasters. Turned out pretty good but as per other reviews there is a very strong smell - would recommend leaving them outside for a few hours. The printing colours are also off (mine were supposed to be black but printed grey).
