Disappointing experience

I used the same photo on the cover of the calendar and again in December. The photo on the cover uploaded in it's entirety, but somehow when I dragged and dropped the photo to the appropriate box in December, the picture size was cropped to make room for the graphics down the side of the page and the image of my late son was cropped out. I didn't realize this had happened until my calendar arrived and was disappointed to be told that no one actually takes a second to ensure the photos uploaded will be printed intact. Be sure your photos are dropped exactly within the borders and the graphics are cropped to accommodate your full photo . Check and then double check, because Vista won't check it for you.

I don't know what went wrong, first time ordering. I got a blank calender. None in of the pictures I uploaded were on it 😞
