Adult and children’s masks are made with 2 layers of fabric, with a built-in pocket to add a replaceable filter (sold separately). Masks also include adjustable straps and an adjustable nose bridge. When worn properly, they are designed for a smooth fit without gaps.
Mask fabric: 100% polyester (2 layers), elastic straps: 80% nylon, 20% spandex.
VistaPrint masks are Latex-free.
Wash any fabric face mask before you wear it for the first time.
Always remove a replaceable filter before washing your mask.
Wash by hand or in a washing machine. If using a washing machine, use a gentle cycle and natural detergent. Air dry or machine dry on low heat.
This product is a non-medical mask. Wearing a mask alone will not prevent the spread of COVID-19. You should also adhere to good hygiene and public health measures, including frequent hand washing and physical (social) distancing.
VistaPrint makes customized versions of our RFS mask. You can create one with your logo or image by using our online tool. You can purchase up to 999 masks. If you need 1000 or more, you’ll need to contact us for bulk ordering.
Masks come in 3 sizes, Kids, Adult Small and Adult Large. Kids: 19.6 x 12 cm / 7.7" x 4.7". Adult Small: 22 x 13.5 cm / 8.7" x 5.3". Adult Large: 24 x 15.5 cm / 9.4" x 6.1".
(Please note that our manufacturing tolerance is +/- 1 cm in length and width.)
If you’re looking to find your Adult size, use a flexible tape measure or string to measure the distance from the bridge of your nose to just under your chin. If this is closer to 5", you’re an Adult Small. If it’s 6" and above, you’re an Adult Large.

We have updated our sizing based on customer feedback. As of January 22, 2021, Adult Small masks are slightly larger.
Adult masks purchased on or before July 27, 2020 are the same size as our current Adult Large masks.
Masks suitable for children 4 and up, only under adult supervision.
For best results, adjust the ear loops so that the child’s mask is tight and secure on their face.
Before putting on or taking off a face mask, wash your hands with soap and water. Or use hand sanitizer.
To put on a cloth mask, raise it to your face and place the straps around each ear. Put the top part over your nose, then pull the bottom part over your mouth and chin. Pinch the shape-forming nose bridge to improve contact.
To take off a mask, reach behind your ears and remove the straps to lift the mask off your face. Avoid touching the front of your reusable mask.
Remove and dispose of your filter immediately. Wash mask immediately or store it away from other fabrics to prevent cross contamination.
Masks should not be worn for more than 3-4 hours at a time.
Replaceable filters are available in 2 sizes: Adult Large and Adult Small/Kids.
Replaceable filters are not washable or cleanable.
If you purchased an Adult mask on or before July 27th, you will need an Adult Large size filter.
Adult Small masks will need an Adult Small/Kids size filter.
Kids masks will need a Kids size filter.
Filters are sold separately in packs of 10.
Each filter can be used for up to 12 hours.
Store filters in a clean, dry place.
Do not rub the filter.
