Print quality on the backside is not as crisp as the front even though I chose matte. Would not recommend very small text for the back.

We're sorry to hear that the print quality on the backside of your Postcards didn’t meet your expectations, especially with the small text. Upon close inspection, we found that the uploaded image for the backside print is of low resolution compared to the one on the front. If you zoom in on the design studio, you can see that the letters were distorted. If you could edit the design and update its resolution, we would be happy to process a free replacement with the new version. You may share the file by responding to this email. print quality is very inconsistent

50 of 250 cards were a different color and all 250 of the cards are much more pixelated that my previous order a few months ago. Disappointed in the quality control

Printed very dark

I've ordered from Vista print many times and this is the first time I've been disappointed. I purchased postcards to promote my artwork and the glossy side printed very dark. Darker than I believe it appeared in the initial design. I don't think the cards are usable now unfortunately. It is a shame because the quality otherwise is very good.

Your review on the postcard is appreciated, and we do regret hearing that the front side printed darker than expected. We have reviewed the proof of the design, and it appears to be similar to the printed copy. Please note it is normal for the colors to sometimes print darker than online, as our computer or phone screen will show us images in a much brighter light. Furthermore, we have taken action on your account and a follow-up email with more details will be sent to you. We recommend brightening the original artwork for the best results. We trust this will be helpful.
