The background colour was sightly darker than I was anticipating but still looked beautiful and worked with all our other print collateral.

Printed a custom board for my 40th Birthday photoshoot…colour and print was sharp and bright - better than I ever expected!!! Super quick shipping - I paid for express to make sure I got it in time, and I sort of wish I hadn't of, they're just so gosh darn efficient!
Poor Customer Service

I was attempting to print a welcome sign for a wedding and had spoken with two agents to ensure ti was set up correctly. My issue was that the proof showed it as a horizontal board but when I would go to edit the design it would look as intended as a vertical so I wasn't sure what to expect. I kept double checking and asking the right questions to ensure it was set up correctly. It arrived incorrect. It printed as a horizontal poster, the second agent GURANTEED me it would print vertically. Even went as far as to check with "printing". I was lucky to download and save the chat transcript. The agent advised it was a horizontal board but it was flipped to be vertical for printing and the design was good to go.
