Thank you for taking the time to share your review. We are so sorry that the print size on your t-shirt is unsatisfactory. For future orders, we would like to recommend the use of placeholder measurements in the design studio to help with adjusting your logo size when creating. For a more suitable outcome, we would also like to recommend the removal of the rectangular background on your uploaded logo; this will make for a smaller and more desirable look for your logo. This also helps with the heaviness based on the print technology, full-color transfer. It is not recommended for large designs; it will feel like a large plastic on the chest. You may also consider another print technology. We are more than happy to assist with the recommendations and are here to assist if needed.
