Here is the thing, I have purchased a number of polo from this site. The first couple were not bad but had some major issues that I did not say much about because they are polo's that are after market embroiling. I get it but once I receive this one, I was like wow. They can do some great work. This has to be the first polo that was still flat where the embroiling was done. Normally it is pulled tight so it does not look the best but this one was not like that at all.

The quality of the product is really poor. Not worth buying it. I just wore this t-shirt for a day and you can see in the image that there were fuzz balls all around it.

Quality of the product was good and embroidery was also well done, except the color was off. This can be tough for them to match it exactly, but the difference to ordering online compared to a local shop is I would have had the chance to see alternate thread color and would have gone with something different. Still all in all, will do the trick. Also there was some troubles with the delivery time, but with the help of a supervisor, he pulled out the stops and saved the day. I feel bad that I didn't take note of his name, but I was extremely pleased with how he handled the situation. Will definitely be re-ordering in the future, but will have to work at getting the thread color matched better.
