Elevate Men's Fontaine Knit Vest

Hugely unfortunate to spend decent money, and receive a product that is at least 2, maybe 3 sizes bigger than what is advertised. I ordered 2 small vests for staff - they fit my 6 foot 2 father, and hang in bunches off the staff members I ordered them for. I'm hesitant to order anything else out of fear that it won't fit properly.

I was excited to receive my embroidered vest with our new company logo. Unfortunately, the end result that I received was poorly stitched, didn't look like the proof, and was of poor quality. The poorly stitched nature of the product is evident by the fraying of the threads, especially in the right side of the E in our logo. Additionally, the width of the font in our logo has shrunk during the stitching process and looks about 50% as thick as the actual logo and the proof that was provided before checkout. The proof was much closer to our actual logo and the tightness of the stitching was much better. There are easy to see gaps in the end result stitching and apparent gaps in the thread within the logo. The embroidery stitching is too loose. How did this make it through quality control? The logo is also slanted slightly and not level. This is a very unprofessional look. And finally, the sizing runs MUCH too large. I wear XL in everything and I swim in this one. The measurement is not realistic to any of Elevate's other products that I own.
