Soft, beautiful embroidery BUT SLEEVES WAY TOO SMALL/TIGHT

I should really say that it is a 1 star as this fleece jacket does not at all fit the arms at all, way too tight/small! I ordered 5 jackets (various sizes) with custom embroidery and they are completely useless to us at this point. Not sure if I am able to get replacements? Not sure if a men's jacket or one that is unisex would be better, DON'T order this one.

The logo looked great but the sizing was all off so it doesn't fit

The embroidery was fine, but the fleece itself runs large, and oddly fitting. Quality for the price too is somewhat lacking
