Your concerns are taken seriously, and we sincerely apologize that the color of the logo was incorrect, the logo was off centered and there were loose strings on the hat. This isn't typical of the quality, and we will be sharing this feedback with our quality team. Additionally, we have edited the logo to change the color from orange to the closest red color available, then process a free replacement order to arrive soon. The order number will remain the same as the original order, and you can track the status of the replacement by going to your Order History under My Account. We hope this helps.
