Where do I start.


Like I said where do I start. Step one, I used the Vista design tool. It was great and has some great options. I made my design and was very happy with it. For someone at VISTA to change my design without my approval. When you look at the pictures, you will see yellow in the sun burst. A VISTA employee changed where the yellow is now to white. My design had no colour on it. Talk to Customer Service and they said it would get fixed. For it to be changed again for another Customer Service person tell me they would get it fixed. Than my order was cancelled because my logo was too small. Talked to Customer Service again and they said my order would get done. For that was not the case, for me having to talk with another Customer Service person for things to go down hill faster than before. They can not do my order because they have no stock. Off to another Customer Service person to find out that you can not ask to talk to any supervisors because the customer is wrong. Yes, your reading that correct. I was tole by the supervisor that I would get what I get, so I asked would it be my design or Vista's design for him to say to me both. I said what? He said "You heard me". So I went to the next step like any old school person would and contacted someone from upper management. They got back to me with in a day. I talked to a lovely lady that was very helpful. At this point it was to late. Vista Customer Service turn me right off. Do not get me wrong the first 4 Customer Service agents I talk to were very good, they just could not tell me the truth. The next 4 agents and the supervisor should get new jobs. As for the upper Management Lady, she was great. Everything she said to me was the truth. To bad she was not running the machine, as you can see in the photo. Just look at the lettering. Where do I start, the letter P, then the MEM and then GOLF for starts. If this is how a big company treats the small guy why would big companies trust them. Honest review, No hard feeling.
