cards are nice and thick , the only negative is the cuts are not perfectly centered and varies from box to box

Edges were rough cut.

I bought these as cards specifically for my higher end clients. However the edges look rough cut, it may be the ink or something, but my cheaper soft touch cards have a classier look to them. Someone told me you can get different colour edges Choosing a different colour may help as it won't be as noticeable? I didn't see that option come up. But these cards are a bit of waste now, an expensive one. :(

Front looks good, back is meant to be all black with our logo but you can clearly tell there's two shades of black… plus the edges are frayed.

Looking at the Design Edit page, we can confirm that there were two shades of black background from the backside design. One is from the background itself while the other one was from your uploaded logo. To resolve this, we suggest removing the original background design of any image that you will upload that will have the same color from the template's background design. The remove background option is also available from the Design Edit page. Furthermore, we recommend always checking the preview and generating a PDF proof before proceeding to ensure correctness. For the worn or frayed edges, we recommend replying to this review and providing clear images showing the issues, so we can work with you to find the best resolution possible.
