Print isn't sharp

Poor print quality on the soft touch. They feel great, but the print is not sharp. The proof looks fine, also confirmed to be a print issue by support.

The darkish grey colour isn't very consistent between cards and washed out reddish on some.

Great Quality and speed

Not only are the business cards excellent quality, the support with the design was invaluable. I didn't fully like what I had designed, so I requested help. The support agent touched up my design and in less than 30 minutes I had something so much better than I made. I also like the texture very much. I can't really describe it, but they don't feel like simple paper cards. They have a kind of soft touch feeling (go figure, right? It's literally in the card stock name).
