Your detailed account of your experience is truly disheartening, and we understand the impact it has had on you. It's clear that our products did not meet your expectations, and for that, we are sincerely sorry. While we appreciate your recognition of our attempts to rectify the situation by offering replacements at no charge, we understand that this does not erase the disappointment and inconvenience you've faced. We would also like to add that the paper stock most suitable would be an uncoated paper. The matte finish recently ordered is coated and has a silky and smooth finish which makes it more suitable as a punch card rather than using a stamp.
