It's like they didn't even try

I've had past positive experiences printing cards from Vistaprint...however this one order has left me quite disappointed. From the product preview that I checked, my card design was centered. When I received my order the majority of them looked like the second card in the photo (borders cut off and uneven), while few were salvagable and looked like the first card (still not centered, design slanted). So while other experiences were positive I'm going to have to give this specific instance a 0 out of 5 (unfortunately, 1 is the lowest I can give). What makes matters worse is that this order was one I placed for my friend so I cannot even fathom her disappointment as a first time customer. We ordered 250 cards based on previous positive experiences as well. A sad day for us!

Writing appears way smaller in real then when looking online.

I used the template from my previous square business cards when I designed this one with round corners so I expected this one to also have the white border. I mean, I like these cards, but I thought the photo really popped when it had the white border. Maybe that's not possible with the round corners, I'm not sure. So I like them but I don't love them.
